We stand behind the quality of our products. We provide a 1-year (12-month) limited official warranty starting from the date you receive your package.

What is Covered: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, or material issues under normal use. Please note that accidental damage (e.g., drops, water damage, cracked screens) or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Once our technical team verifies the defect, we will arrange for a free replacement part, a repair, or a brand-new unit depending on the situation
